You know, society would have all of us believe that there is no simple or inexpensive beauty tips or tricks. But I’m here to tell you that quite frankly society and the beauty industry are wrong. They are in it just for the big bucks because after all the beauty industry is a $300 billion a year worldwide empire! Did you know that the average woman will spend around $15,000 on makeup alone in her life! And so many of those products still have toxic chemicals found in them. Don’t believe it when they try to tell you that you can’t live without their products because you can live without a lot of them. Here are a few easy and all natural beauty tips I think that you might enjoy.
Banana and Egg Treatment for Your Hair – If you are looking to try and give your hair a little bit more of a healthy shine it’s simple to do. Just take one egg and mix it with one mashed up banana. Then take this thick paste and apply it to your hair. Leave the egg and banana mixture on your hair for 10 to 30 minutes. Once the time is up just wash your hair like you normally do. That’s all there is to it. Super simple, all natural and cheap.
Natural Moisturizing Treatment for Your Nails – This is really simple, take some olive oil and put in a bowl big enough for soaking your hands in and then put olive oil in the bowl and soak your nails in the olive oil for around five minutes. That’s it.
Honey Face Mask – When making this, make sure that you use raw honey because it is a natural anti-bacterial and it’s really easy to use it to get soft and beautiful skin. You should use one tablespoon of raw honey and then gently warm it up by rubbing your fingertips together. Once it’s soft and warmed up just spread it on your face and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes and then take some warm water and gently rinse the honey off and then pat dry your face. Consider doing this once a week at least.
Make Your Own Shampoo with Apple Cider Vinegar – This is yet another simple and cheap beauty tip. If you use commercial shampoos like most of us do, you can help to get rid of any chemical build up in your hair by mixing ¼ cup of organic apple cider vinegar with one cup of water, wash hair with this mixture and then add conditioner if you like after.
Exfoliate for Elbows and Knees and Skin Brightener – This is simple, simple, simple. Take an orange and cut it in half and then rub the halves on both your elbows and knees. This will help to soften any rough patches you might have in those areas. It also smells great. When you are done make sure to rinse it off so there is no sticky mess left behind.
Make Your Own Gentle Body Scrub – Mix a 2 to 1 ratio of olive oil and some sea salt in order to make yourself a quick and very effective body scrub. This scrub will help to get rid of dead skin cells and helps to make you have glowing and softer skin.
Natural Black Head Removal – Put 4 or 5 drops of raw honey on a lemon wedge. Then take the lemon wedge and rub it on your face for about a minute, concentrating on the worst areas. Leave this on your face for about 5 minutes and then make sure to rinse with cold water not hot.
